How to Check GCE O-Level Results Online

O-levels are a standard UK examination and are required before a student can undertake higher level study, such as A-level or further college vocational studies. Although the General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) replaced O-levels in UK schools, they are still available for international students and are internationally recognized. Two examination boards, Edexcel and University of Cambridge, administer these examinations and both offer schools and colleges the facility to allow their students to review results quickly online.

Contact your tutor or school or college examination officer to check if online viewing of results is possible. If so, follow the school's procedure to gain online access and receive your login details and PIN. Each school or college has its own method for issuing these and you will not be able to create an online account until you receive them.

Visit the Edexcel examination board website to register.

Select the correct examination from the list available and enter your registration details.

Check the terms and conditions of use and, if you are satisfied, click the submit button.

Check the details are correct and, if they are, click "confirm".

Check your email for a confirmation message. Once you receive this, you can log onto the website to retrieve your results.

Enter your username and password then click "logon" to view your results.
