How to Transfer Files to an iPad With FTP
A number of FTP client apps for iOS devices make it possible for you to transfer and manage hosted files stored on a server. Some of these apps include options to make text edits and preview changes, while some apps only transmit data back and forth between servers. Look for text-editing and preview features if you plan to view or make changes to files before you transfer them.
