Set up the Spanish keyboard setting on Windows so you can type Spanish accent marks over the vowels, the "ene" character and inverted punctuation. The Windows operating system makes it easy to install keyboards that use different languages and to change the overall language setting on the computer.
Click the Windows icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. Click to open the Control Panel.
Choose the "Clock, Language, and Region" icon. On the next screen, click the link to "Change keyboards or other input methods."
Choose the "Keyboards and Languages" tab and click the "Change Keyboards" button.
Click "Add ..." and choose the correct language. Click "OK" when you are finished.
Use the "Language Bar" tab to indicate where you want the bar to appear.
