How to Use Makeup to Cover a Bump on the Nose

The wonders of makeup are boundless. With the right colors and shading, you can use makeup to create the illusion of a symmetrical nose. Forget painful or costly procedures--you can cover a bump on your nose by applying your makeup in a way that contours your nose and hides the bump.
Pick a matte powder that is three shades darker than your natural skin tone. You can use either a foundation power or an eye shadow powder.
Apply the powder to your nose after you have applied your regular foundation makeup.
Use a small makeup brush to apply the darker powder onto the bump of your nose.
Pick a matte foundation or eye powder that is a shade lighter than your natural skin tone.
Apply the lighter powder to either side of the bump, down to the nostrils and underneath your nose with a small makeup brush.
Blend the powders evenly with a slightly larger blending makeup brush. Blend enough so that there are no visible make up lines.
