How to Get Your Transcripts From DeVry University

DeVry University allows its current and former students to request a transcript of their credits for a small fee per transcript. It can take up to five business days to process your request, and your transcript will be received in the mail at the address you provide.
Contact the Registrar's office by telephone. You will need to contact the location you attend.
Log in to the Student Services page if you are an online student. Enter your student ID and password and proceed to the FAQs page.
Enter "Transcript" to access a link for a transcript request form and details on where to send the request if you are an online student.
Download the transcript request form from Keller Graduate School of Management and complete if you prefer not to log in or call.
Include a credit card number if you are faxing the request. Include a check or credit card number if you are mailing the request.
Fax the completed transcript request form to (630) 543-6269 or mail to REGISTRAR'S OFFICE, Keller Graduate School of Management, 1221 N. Swift Rd., Addison, IL 60101.
