How to Forward Apple Mail to Yahoo

The Apple iCloud email service uses a simplified interface designed to increase the viewable area of email messages while keeping more advanced functions out of the way. Using forwarding, you can set up all your iCloud email to forward to a Yahoo email address. You can also configure advanced settings such as whether to keep the forwarded email in your iCloud email inbox or delete it entirely to prevent using up the available storage space on your account.
- Forward All Email
- Access
- Select the gear icon
- The Forward My Email
- Check the Delete Messages After Forwarding option to prevent your email messages from accumulating on the iCloud server

1 Forward All Email
2 Access
Access the iCloud website at iCloud.com and select the "Mail" icon after logging in to your account.
3 Select the gear icon
Select the gear icon at the bottom of the screen and choose "Preferences" from the pop-up menu.
4 The Forward My Email
Select the "Forward My Email To" option in the General section and input the desired Yahoo email address for forwarding.
5 Check the Delete Messages After Forwarding option to prevent your email messages from accumulating on the iCloud server

Click "Done" to save the changes.

8 Access your iCloud email account
Access your iCloud email account, select the gear icon and click the "Rules" option.

10 Select a filtering option
Select a filtering option from the "If A Message" drop-down list. For example, select the "Is From" option to filter messages from a specific email address or person listed in your Contacts.
11 The Name or Email Address
Click the "Name or Email Address" field and input the name or email address of the contact whose email you want to forward. You can forward all emails from a specific domain by adding only the domain. For example, forward all messages from Apple's iCloud domain by typing "@icloud.com" into the Name or Email Address field.
12 Select Forward To
Select "Forward To" from the drop-down list of options.
13 The Email Address
Click the "Email Address" field and type the Yahoo email address you want to use to receive the forwarded messages.
14 Click Done-2
Click "Done" to save the changes.
