YouTube is a Google service, so it can detect your location with relative ease. YouTube attempts to pinpoint your location by analyzing your IP address, if you're not logged in to a Google account. In some cases, YouTube may think you're in a different country and choose the country for you. Unfortunately, it may also change the displayed language. To solve the issue, you can change the country from any YouTube page.
