What Can I Wear With a Dusty Rose Blazer?

While dusty rose may seem like a fashion challenge, a blazer in this soft, feminine color has more outfit options that you might think. Falling somewhere between a blush and mauve hue, this muted shade of rose is ideal for adding interest to a denim or monochrome look.

1 Days of Denim

A blazer is dressier than a T-shirt or button-down, but pairing it with jeans makes for a happy medium between fancy and casual. For a polished ensemble, rock dark-wash skinny jeans with a white silky tank and dusty rose blazer. Relax the look of your blazer with a pair of rolled-up boyfriend jeans in a light-to-medium wash and a gray V-neck tee. Wear cognac peep-toe ankle boots and an off-white fedora with a gray band to complete the urban-cool look.

2 Monochrome Magic

Start with a neutral shade – ideally white, ivory, gray or black – and build a monochrome outfit to offset a dusty rose blazer. The look could be as simple as a charcoal body-con dress or a white romper, or it may require a bit of strategic pairing. Start with black tapered trousers and add a black scoop-neck tank or tee. Top with a boyfriend-cut dusty rose blazer and push up the sleeves; slip into black ankle booties or pumps to continue the all-black line. Finish with a brushed-silver cuff and a bone-colored leather satchel to infuse a modern vibe.
