When you organize your life across multiple operating systems, mobile platforms and email accounts, it can be a challenge to keep everything exactly in sync. You can easily sync your Google Calendar with your iPhone, for example, but the synchronization process may not successfully carry your Google Calendar's color labels to the iOS device. There is a manual workaround, however, using your iPhone's Calendar settings to change each calendar's color to correctly match the corresponding Google Calendar's settings.
Launch the Calendar app on your iPhone and tap on "Calendars" to display a list of all calendars on the device.
Tap the "i" icon to the right of the calendar's name and choose a color. Refer to your Google Calendar for the appropriate color matches.
Tap "Done" to save.
