How to Solve for Kelvin

Transcript

Hi, my name is Stefan. Today, I'm going to be speaking on how to solve for Kelvin. Now Kelvin is a degree used to measure the temperature and when you solve for Kelvin you are usually converting from Celsius or Fahrenheit, now the formula to convert from Celsius is K = C + 273.15. Now the formula to convert from Fahrenheit is K = (F - 32). So, whenever you want to convert into Kelvin from Celsius or Fahrenheit, you just use these equations so when C = 0 you know that the Fahrenheit or the Kelvin is equivalent to 273.15 and if we want to convert from Fahrenheit let's say when F = 0, you just plug it in this equation and we get Kelvin is equivalent to 255.372. All you have to do is use these two formulas and that's how you convert to Kelvin.
