How to Go From Celsius to Fahrenheit

Transcript

Hi, I'm Charlie Kasov. And this is how to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit. Now, the equation to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit is C times nine over five plus 32 equals F. Or you could put degrees and degrees. So, for example, if we had 10 degrees multiplied by nine fifths and that is 18, add 32 and that is 50. So, if we say it's 10 degrees Celsius, it's 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Or, if we wanted 20 degrees Celsius times nine fifths, that's going to equal 36 and we add 32 and we get 68 degrees. So, 20 degrees Celsius is 68 degrees Fahrenheit. I'm Charlie Kasov and you just learned how to go from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

Charlie Kasov has been tutoring high school mathematics since 2004. He is qualified to teach several math subjects, including geometry, algebra, trigonometry and probability.
