To qualify to become a certified public accountant in the U.S., you must pass the CPA exam. Once the National Association of State Boards of Accountants receives your test score, you can access your results on the web. It usually takes three to nine weeks for the NASBA to receive your score and post it online.
Visit the NASBA homepage.
Select your state from the drop-down menu and click "Go."
Click "Retrieve your online scores."
Locate your Section ID on your Notice to Schedule and enter it in the space provided. Enter your date of birth and click "Score." The NASBA displays your score.
