How to Graph Binomials

Transcript

Hi, my name is Stefan. I'm going to be speaking on how to graph binomials. Let's take a general binomial, Y = A, X to the N + 2 binomial, I'll call this B X to the J or I'll put a side note, J is less than N. I am mainly concerned with this leading term here so when N is odd and A is greater than 0, here's how the graph is going to look with he fall to the left raised to the right and when N is odd and A is less than 0 the graph will look like this, raise to the left, fall to the right. Now when N is even and A is greater than 0, the graph is going to raise up, both sides and when N is even and A is less than 0, the graph will look like this. It's going to fall down. And that's how you graph binomials in two terms.
