Comcast phone lines allow you to automatically transfer incoming calls and forward them to your mobile phone. Call forwarding can be enabled or disabled either from your Comcast handset, or by using the Xfinity website. Once enabled, it will remain active until you turn the feature off. In addition to allowing you to set all incoming calls to forward, you can also use selective call forwarding to transfer only incoming calls from certain numbers, such as those from friends and family.

1 Forward All Calls

2 Pick up your Comcast phone

Pick up your Comcast phone and dial *72. Enter the number you want your calls transferred to. Comcast will ring the cell phone and wait for an answer. Once you've picked up the call from your mobile phone, call forwarding will be active.

3 Alternately

Alternately, browse to Xfinity.com, select "Email" and log in with your Comcast username and password. Select "Preference," then "Call Manager" and "Call Forwarding." Tick the box next to the phone number you want calls forwarded from, then type the number you want the calls forwarded to. Click "Save" when you're done.
