Fordham University

Students at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business choose an accounting and taxation concentration within the MBA, an MBA in Public Accounting, or a Master of Science in Accounting. Students with a bachelor’s degree in public accounting apply for an MS in accounting, while the MBA degrees are more generalized. Both the MS in accounting and the MBA in public accounting, however, prepare students to sit for the New York State Certified Public Accountant Exam. Currently tied with Rochester Institute of Technology, the Public Accounting Report ranks Fordham number 4 on its list of top graduate programs in the specially designed Group III for smaller schools.
