Your Google Voice personal identification number helps you access your voicemail while on the go. If you don't remember the PIN you set up with your Google Voice account, you can create a new PIN through your Google Voice settings on the Web.

1 Create a New Voicemail PIN

Open the Google Voice website and sign in with your account, if necessary (link in Resources). Click the gear icon and then click "Settings." Click on the "Voicemail & Text" tab. Enter the PIN you want to use to access your voicemail into the "New PIN" and "Confirm PIN" fields. Click the "Save Changes" button to finish saving changes to your voicemail PIN. You can now use your new PIN to access your Google Voice settings and voicemail.
