Your GRE scores are issued shortly after you have completing the GRE exam. This exam is essential for students planning to enroll into graduate school. Graduate schools use the GRE scores and undergraduate transcripts when they accept students into their school. The Educational Testing Center (ETS) reports the GRE scores to the graduate schools to which the tester is applying. Requesting a copy of the GRE scores can be done with a phone call, website visit or a mailed-in form.

Provide the following information for the representative: Social Security number, registration number, test date and institution code. Refer to the "Test Center" list to find your institution code.
Enter your credit card information so the request can be processed. "Test Taker Copy" is not available through this service.
Visit the Educational Testing Service (ETS) website. Download the most recent “GRE Additonal Score Request Form.”
Print the form. Complete the credit card authorization in the first portion of the form. Add your name, address, and Social Security number in the next section. This information will assist the service in locating your records.
Check the box for the “Test Taker Copy Only” if you are requesting a copy for yourself. Read the fine print informing you of the fee that will be charged for this copy. If the requests are for institutions, enter the institution and department codes. Refer to the "Institution" and "Department" lists to find the schools or institutions that will receive your scores.
Enter the date the test was taken and the registration number on the form. Sign the form and mail it to the address on the bottom of the "GRE Request Form."
Create a user account on the My GRE website. Provide your name, Social Security number, address and phone number. Click “Continue.”
Check your email account for the validation email. Click the validation hyperlink so you can access the My GRE website.
Enter the type of copy being ordered. Add your credit card information to complete the GRE copy request.
