Fill out your information on the contact form and write a comment to explain to the Children International customer support that you are no longer able to make a monthly payment to Children International.
Contact Children International via email if you are unable to fill out the required information or are unable to contact the customer support using the contact form. Email customer support at: firstname.lastname@example.org with as much account information as you have so that they can locate your account. Include an explanation that you are unable to make a monthly payment to Children International. They will send you a confirmation email as soon as they receive your email, stating that they will respond to you within one to three days.
Write to Children International, including your account information and the explanation that you are unable to make a monthly payment any longer. Their contact address is:
Children International 2000 East Red Bridge Road P.O. Box 219055 Kansas City, MO 64121
At the end of the correspondence or the phone call, the representative may give you an option to keep your account for up to two months in case your situation changes and you are able to sponsor a child. By keeping your account, you will be able to sponsor the same child or children again. During this time period, you do not need to make payments, and if you are still unable or unwilling to make a payment at the end of the time period, your account will be deactivated and your sponsorship will be terminated.
