The method for copying and pasting a playlist for your Tumblr music player depends on how you intend to use the playlist. For example, to use the playlist as background music for your blog, generate the player widget with the playlist embedded in the code, then copy and paste the playlist and player widget into your Tumblr theme. Online music services like Hypster and Grooveshark enable you to generate Tumblr widgets for your hosted playlists. To post the playlist for your followers to enjoy on their own timelines, publish the Share URL for the playlist in an audio post.
