Twitch is an online service that streams live videos of gaming-related content. After signing up for a free Twitch account, you can create your own channel to showcase computer or video games that you are playing. You can also integrate a PayPal donation button if you want to use your channel to raise money for a cause. Viewers can then click the button if they wish to make a contribution to your cause. Generate the code for the donation button through the PayPal website, and then add it to your Twitch account.

Open the PayPal website (link in Resources), and then sign in to your account.

Click "Profile," and then select "My Selling Tools."

Click "Update" next to the "PayPal Buttons" section, and then click the "Create New Button" link.

Select "Donations" from the "Choose a Button Type" drop-down list, and then type the name of your Twitch channel or organization in the corresponding input box.

Click the "Customize text or appearance" link if you want to upload your own button that matches your Twitch channel instead of using the default PayPal button.

Right-click the donation button in the preview section and select "Save Image As" from the context menu. Save the image to your desktop; you will need it when adding the button to your Twitch stream.

Select the currency for donations, and then click the "Create Button" button.

Click the "Email" tab, and then click "Select Code." Press "Ctrl-C" to copy the selected code to the clipboard.

Open a new tab and sign in to your Twitch account (link in Resources).

Click your Twitch username, and then select "Channel."

Hover your mouse over the small "Admin" button displayed above your stream, and then select "Edit."

Click the "+" box to add a new panel, and then type a title such as "Donation" or "Contribute" in the panel title input box.

Click "Add Image," and then select the PayPal donation button that you saved earlier.

Click "Done," click the "Image Links To" input box, and then press "Ctrl-V" to paste the donation button code that you copied from PayPal.

Type a description into the Description input box to inform viewers what the purpose of the donation is, and then click the purple "Submit" button.

Hover your mouse cursor over the "Admin" button, and then press "View" to view the donation button beneath your Twitch stream.
